01Who we are

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Nisar Ahamed, a sole trader trading as BOSSTECH Innovation, United Arab Emirates (“BOSSTECH”, “we”, “us”). They apply when you use bosstech.systems and when you create an account on, try or subscribe to any of our products, including:

• NEET Arena (NEET & JEE Exam Arena) — neet.bosstech.systems
• BOSS ERP Mini — erpmini.bosstech.systems
• WMS · PickSmart AI and Ulaa Marketplace, where a separate written agreement or product-specific terms may also apply

By creating an account, starting a trial or paying for a subscription you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the products.

02Orders and payments

When you pay by card, Paddle.com is the seller of record: it processes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT that applies, issues your invoice or receipt, and handles refunds under our Refund Policy. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. We never see or store your full card details.

03Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and any sign-in codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account and, for business accounts, under the users you invite.
• Tell us straight away at support@bosstech.systems if you think your account has been used without permission.
• One person per login. NEET Arena accounts are personal and may not be shared.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms for you and make any payment.

04Free trials

Each product may offer a free trial so you can decide before paying. No card is needed to start one.

We may refuse or end a trial that is being misused, for example repeated trials with new accounts.

05Subscriptions, renewal and price changes

Current prices are published on our Pricing page and shown again at checkout before you pay.

A BOSS ERP Mini pack covers the account owner plus 5 users; each further 5 users is another pack.

• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
• Taxes. Any VAT or sales tax that applies in your country is calculated and shown by Paddle at checkout.
• Currency. Card payments may be charged in US dollars at the amount shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
• Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your next renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before that renewal.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it. If it cannot be collected, access to paid features may be paused until it is.

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Cancel from your account’s subscription page in the product, from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing support@bosstech.systems. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law, or use the products to store or send unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• share, resell or rent your access, or let someone else use your personal login;
• copy, scrape or bulk-download questions, notes or other content, or build a competing product from it;
• probe, disrupt or overload our systems, get around security or usage limits, or reverse-engineer the software, except where the law allows it;
• upload malware or use the products to send spam.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first.

08Your data

Your content stays yours. Business records you enter in BOSS ERP Mini, and the notes and answers you create in NEET Arena, belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the product for you. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

BOSS ERP Mini lets you export lists and reports to Excel and PDF at any time. If you close your account, ask us first if you need a copy of anything; after closure we may delete the account’s data.

09Our content and intellectual property

The software, design, question bank, notes and other material we provide are owned by BOSSTECH or our licensors and are licensed to you only for use through the product while your account is active.

NEET Arena is an independent study product. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NCERT, the National Testing Agency (NTA) or any examination body. Names of exams and textbooks are used only to describe what the content covers.

10No professional advice or guaranteed results

NEET Arena helps you practise; it cannot guarantee any exam score, rank or admission.

BOSS ERP Mini helps you keep accounts, VAT records and payroll (including WPS files), but you remain responsible for your own books, tax returns and legal filings. Check anything you submit to an authority, and ask a qualified accountant or tax adviser when you need advice.

11Availability and changes to the products

We work to keep the products available and your data safe, and we keep backups. We do not promise the products will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take them down for maintenance, and we may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that takes away a major part of a paid subscription, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of the period you paid for.

12Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, the products are provided “as is”. BOSSTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data that you could have exported, or lost opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to the products is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Suspension and ending the agreement

You can stop using the products and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if a payment remains unpaid. If we end a paid subscription for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or in the product before it applies. Continuing to use the products after that means you accept the updated Terms.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
